Cod la cuptor cu rosii cherry

Codul este un peste cu carne alba, fara oase si cu gust mai putin intens decat al altor pesti. Este un peste slab cu putine calorii si este o buna sursa de proteine. Poate fi gatit la gratar/tigaie, in cuptor sau la aburi si necesita un timp scurt de gatire. Nu trebuie gatit timp indelungat pentru ca va deveni uscat.

Ingrediente:

400g file de cod

200g rosii cherry

1 lamaie

2 catei de usturoi

1 crenguta cimbru proaspat

3 linguri ulei de masline

patrunjel pentru servit

sare

piper

Mod de preparare:

Uscam bine bucatile de cod cu ajutorul unor servetele de hartie si le asezonam cu sare si piper. Taiem cateii de usutroi in jumate pe lungime si feliem lamaia. Intr-un bol amestecam rosiile cu usturoiul, feliile de lamaie, cimbrul, uleiul de masline si putin sare.

Pregatim o tava pentru cuptor in care asezam bucatile de peste si apoi amestecul de rosii. Dam tava la cuptor in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 ℃ pentru 20 de minute. Dupa 20 de minute scoatem pestele din cuptor, presarm patrunjel tocat peste el si servim cu garnitura la alegere. Noi am servit cu piure de mazare.
